- If you are booking within 4 weeks of the course please pay the full fee now; otherwise you may like to pay a non-returnable deposit of £5 and send the balance no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course.
- You may pay by cheque payable to ‘R M Cottle' or by postal order. I am unable to accept payment by Switch or Credit Card.

| Light refreshments will be provided. Lunch can be bought at the venue or bring a packed lunch if preferred. |

- Confirmation that a booking has been accepted is made by letter. Thereafter deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The balance of course fees is due no later than 4 weeks before the course starts.
- Participants who withdraw less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course are liable to forfeit the fees paid. However, discretionary refunds may be offered in exceptional circumstances e.g. as a result of illness or accident. Please request refunds in writing supported by a doctor’s certificate.
- If for any reason your chosen course is cancelled, all fees including deposits will be refunded.
- Every effort is made to ensure the courses run as described and we can take no responsibility for consequential losses should any arrangement need to be changed for any reason.
